This committee is responsible for the publicity of the conference on campus. It should always come up with fresh and creative ideas for promotion. This includes the freshman’s FYE booth, in class presentations, and the delegates' recruitment booth on the new campus. They should settle program and decorations of soft opening, opening and closing ceremonies, mass emails, coverage and advertisements in AUC’s media publications. IPR is in charge of sponsors for decorations which include all promotional materials, such as lights and flowers.
