The FC should be constantly in contact with heads and follows up with them. It is his/her job to make heads understand the amount of budgets assigned and follow up with the outsourcers which CIMUN work with, such as the Printing Labs and bags factory. The FC translates the OC heads vision and therefore sets priorities to committees and understands how budgets of different committees will directly or indirectly affect the delegate. Moreover, the FC should follow up with the committees that deal with sponsors such as fundraising and reception. Finally, he is a coordinator between all the heads in terms of money.
