The EC is the wildcard of the OC. He/she will support all heads and members, but will not fill empty gaps (this is the job of the head of the committee). He/she is also responsible for reserving all halls spaces for big events. Therefore, he/she should be on constant feedback with committees such as IPR to know their updates on where they would like to hold the events. In addition, he should be a crises manger because he may help more than one committee in the same time. The EC is also responsible for updating the OC head with their details of the committees, by means of attending their meetings or by discussing with the head of that committee.
