The Organizing Committee (OC) is the organizational arm of the Model and is responsible for the planning and implementation of all logistical matters relating to the Conference and the year-long CIMUN program as a whole. Each of the seven committees of the OC has specified tasks covering an array of necessary functions that contribute to the success of MUN. Responsibilities of the Organizing committee typically include  the issuing of conference publications, promoting the various conferences and programs of the Model,  arranging meals and outings for participants during sessions and conference days, setting up and maintaining conference equipment,  raising sufficient funds to cover CIMUN programs, activities and events, contacting embassies and foreign universities,  and ensuring a strong online presence for CIMUN.
