Reception

This committee is not only in charge of coffee breaks, lunch breaks and beverages during the conference days and Saturday sessions. It is responsible for organizing outings and trips tailored to energize and motivate CIMUN’s members. This information is gathered during general meetings, surveys and other possible and effective means that the committee should come up with. It should organize events that would help integrate the substantive committee and the organizing committee, such as a sports day. In addition, the committee is in charge of JCIMUN events and outing during the conference.

Coordination

This committee is the connection between the Academic committee (secretariats) and the OC especially during the conference time. Its tasks are also related to the logistical work during the Saturday sessions and conference days. These tasks include reservation of rooms and other equipment associated with the room. In addition, coordination has a creative side, where it is responsible for designing the staff organizer, Nametags, placards and the yearbook. Coordination is also responsible for the promotional materials used during the conference. For the conference, coordinators recruit and train ushers and become in charge of them. This also reflects on JCIMUN.

External Public Relations

The ultimate purpose of this committee is to publicize and promote the conference off campus. This is done by setting up booths in other universities, visiting embassies, acquiring media coverage for the conference and attracting foreign delegates to join. EPR is also responsible for constantly coordinating with IPR because they have common events, such as the closing ceremony, and they share the publicity of CIMUN. As for Junior CIMUN, EPR is responsible for recruiting high school delegates by visiting different schools with good English standards.
