This year, the conference will take place at the AUC New Cairo Campus. The fees are categorized into two main packages:

Regular Package: $280, this package includes:

1. Conference registration fees.
2. Coffee breaks on the 4 days of the conference.
3. Lunch breaks on the 4 days of the conference.
4. Dinner on the 2 days of the conference outings, as well as on the night of the Opening ceremony.
5. Welcome Pack which includes: CIMUN ‘10 conference bag, note pads, pens, CIMUN pin, CIMUN bookmark, CIMUN 2010 CD, copy of "The Vanguard" (CIMUN's official magazine)..etc
6. High quality nametags for each delegate.
7. CIMUN Delegates' Guide (which is a publication that includes the back ground papers of all the councils, as well as the Rules of Procedure, and Resolution Writing guide for the conference)
8. Yearbook of CIMUN 2010, that will include memorable pictures of all delegates, secretariats, members, and Organizing Committee heads that participated in this year's conference.

Accommodation Package: $600

1. Conference registration fees.
2. Accommodation (Bed and Breakfast) for 6 days at a 5 star hotel (Dusit Thani Hotel) located 10 minutes away from the new campus.
3. Coffee breaks on the 4 days of the conference.
4. Lunch breaks on the 4 days of the conference.
5. Dinner on the 2 days of the conference outings, as well as on the night of the Opening ceremony.
6. Welcome Pack which includes: CIMUN ‘10 conference bag, note pads, pens, CIMUN pin, CIMUN bookmark, CIMUN 2010 CD, copy of "The Vanguard" (CIMUN's official magazine)..etc

N.B:

·      This year, the conference is scheduled for the 16^th till the 20^th of March. Consequently, arrival to Cairo should be on the 15^th.

·      Medical care is provided on campus 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

·      Dress code is strictly formal during conference days.

·      Applications are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
