The Security Council (SC) is by far the most powerful organ within the United Nations. It is CIMUN's crisis council and therefore has no set topics before the conference. Simulating the most powerful organ within the UN-system, delegates of the Security Council are presented with crisis on the spot and are expected to use their knowledge of their Member State's foreign policy to act accordingly in negotiating, debating and conveying their views throughout the conference.
